There are various maps created of the chakra system. There are actually thousands of complex channels and points called meridians as well as major central and side channels.
There’s 7 main chakras. Chakras are energy centers, like swirling wheels of energy where the physical and consciousness meet. Each chakra corresponds to massive nerve centers and major organs in the body.
Balancing of the chakras is essential for our energetic health. imbalances in the chakras can create discomfort, dis-ease and imbalance to our bodies. Balancing the chakras is a good place to start when it comes to healing yourself.
